I was raised in my Parents Butcher Shop in Germany and I'm the 5th generation Butcher in my family, the tradition goes far back into the 20th and even 19th century. I Was working with my dad when I was as young as 13 years old and started my official apprenticeship when I was 16. In 2013 I graduated with a journeyman ticket after 3 years, right after I put my application in for the masters title. Once I was accepted, I finished my masters with one of the best. After Working for a few years in Germany I decided to move to Canada in 2015 and bring the tradition to North America. Now you can visit our little store in the heart of Edmonton and get your locally sourced meat from a traditional small Butcher Shop, just like in Europe!
